On one project, an electrician wired 230 V into a DALI line. Two hundred drivers died in one second. The render was beautiful. The invoice was not. Lighting concepts fail on site quietly: wrong drivers, mixed colour temperatures, scenes nobody commissioned. That gap is our job.

Yes. Many studios present the control layer as their own. Documentation carries your branding; we stay in the engine room.
The crew's native language — English, Ukrainian, Spanish, German and others on request. A wiring card only works if the person on the ladder reads it fluently.
Usually not until commissioning — and sometimes not even then. A recent villa near Barcelona was delivered fully remotely: 36 groups, ~130 wireless nodes, zero site visits before handover.
We specialise in Casambi (Bluetooth wireless mesh) and are certified at the highest partner level (4C). If your project genuinely needs wired DALI, we'll say so in the Reality Check.

It can, with transparent pricing — or you buy through your own channels using our BOM. The design fee never depends on hardware markup.
