Who we are

AS RENDERED is a lighting control design studio operated by Mateusz Janowski (sole proprietorship registered in Poland, EU). Contact: hello@asrendered.com.

What we collect

When you submit our project form or email us, we process: your name, email address, project country, links to files you share, and anything you write to us. We collect nothing else — no cookies, no tracking pixels, no ad-tech. Site traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores no personal data.

Why and on what basis

We use your data solely to review your project, respond, and deliver the services you request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — steps prior to entering a contract). AI-assisted tools may help us process your enquiry; a human always reviews the output.

How long

Project enquiries are kept for the duration of the project and up to 3 years afterwards (limitation periods), then deleted. You can request deletion at any time.

Who sees it

Only us and the processors we rely on to run the studio: Google Workspace (email), Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments). No data is sold or shared for marketing.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: UODO). Write to hello@asrendered.com.
